Smart goal setting:a good thing but define your fears first

Yet how many people doing all that actually get there.?What puts then off is all the fears that come up,for going for goals will mean change.The safe and predictable life we lead will vanish.Better to define your fears first,then set your goals.Here is a video of Tim Ferriss he of The 4-hour Work Week fame presenting a great technique for identifying those fears and then dealing with them.
It was the technique he used to get out a cubicle land and live the life he loves.Enjoy.
