    Ah hello Ramona,or kamusta as they say in Manila,yes it is I Andrew who worked with you at FPD Savills back in the 90s then went off to Manila.Back in England now of course.How are you?what are you doing?See anyone from the FPD days John Derrick,Peter Garnett?
